So, i've noticed that when the phone is in standby mode (screen black) that some of the time i will not get a notification of when i get a SMS message. It was like this on .75 and now it's like that on .122. Any ideas how to fix this to always get a notification? The LED will flash but i want the sound notification to inform me that i have a txt message.

have you set special alerts (ringtones) for the senders?
Are you recieving multiple texts at the same time?

To answer your questions: no, the ringtones are not caller specific. It's a general tone that came with the phone. And no i'm not receiving more than one at a time.
It doesn't happen when the phone is active, er the back screen is one. Only when the screen is blacked out (standby mode?)

Yes, i have. Here are the settings that i have for SMS text.

Ring Tone: notifier_Magic
Volume: 10
Sound in holster: Yes
LED: On
Vibration: Off
Notify me during calls: Yes

Some people experienced problems when they upgraded to a new OS. Maybe you should just reload the software. It takes about 5 minutes, maybe less.
