Default Blame BBM or OS10

Please Login to Remove!

Don't know if it was the OS upgrade on my Z10 or the fact that BBM had an update also but somehow the learning ability that remembers common phrases that I use has really gotten bad. It was extremely accurate prior and now the suggested words are so far from what I use that it's ludicrous.

Frustrated!!!!

I received an upgrade today on my Z10 and it looks like the upgrade Is the cause or ATT is trying to get people off the BB.

You did not indicate the os level your running but it might help to turn off predictive text options until the bug is fixed. You can try reloading the upgrade or doing a wipe to reset the BB to factory. Make sure you do a backup first.

10.3.2.556 is the OS and 10.9.6.22 is the BBM version.

Yup - somebody really screwed up on this. I'll see if I can figure out how to reinstall the OS upgrade.

Grrrrrr!!
