About 5 yrs ago I had a legal issue with a former associate. I could NOT change my number since it was tied to my customers. I contacted TMO (my carrier at the time) who blocked ALL incoming calls from this person's number....

Agreed, however there are situations where a simple number change is not economically viable and/or prudent.......
