Default Uninstall before wipe

Please Login to Remove!

I suggest you do a full uninstall before wiping. I did wipe my handheld but for other reasons, I suggest you try a ful uninstall before a wipe. Also, be sure to reset your firewall settings if they are on just in case. Hope this helps.

Are you sure that you have valid installation, check version of your files in zip installation and version of device files

Still does not work for me. Did a complete uninstall of 3.3.2. Installed 4.0.5 and hangs up at the splash screen.

Neither 4.04 or 4.05 have worked for me. Both hang up on the splash screen. The support team at IM+ have even had me try the WAP version and it does the same thing. The software is just bugged.

Same thing with 4.06. They emailed me two versions of the test beta 4.06 and neither of them work. They both hung on the splash screen. Same for the WAP version.

I reported it during the beta testing as well. This is very uncharacteristic of Shapeservices too. Up until now their support people have been extremely helpful. I have been using IM+ for about a year now.

From the way they responded to me, they made it sound like i was the only person having this problem. Looks like that was not the case, however.

OK V 4.1 Works!!!

I had V3.3.2. Tried all the V 4.0x without success.

Now I just removed V3.3.2, rebooted and then did an OTA install of V4.1.

Auto-configuration ran through its thing, and lo and behold, I am now online.:

What address did you use for the OTA of 4.1. I tried using the WAP browser at wap.shapeservices.com and I get the error message of:

907 Invalid COD Unable to import ZIP file.

EDIT:*** never mind - I used the normal browser at the wap address and it was able to download

Default Contacted by Shape Services

I was contacted by Shape Services, who have been very helpful by the way. Perhaps those of you who have had problems with customer services, may have been victims of a communication problem. The company may have difficulties with the English language and quite easily could have misinterpreted your inquiries.

Anyway, I was emailed version 4.0.7 and it successfully autoconfigured and logged on to their server. I was able to log on to each of the services I have accounts with and send and receive messages. So, if you're one of those who have been waiting to get back online, contact them and ask for their latest version.

When you purchase the software, you're given a registration code. It's sent to the email you used at the time of purchase.

Here is the link for the older version:

http://www.shapeservices.com/freedow...gular3.3.2.zip

However, they have a newer version posted on their web site that works for me.
