I have a user running bes 4.1.2.25 on sbs 2003. 1 user is complaining that she does not receive emails on her bb unless she clicks reconcile. I pulled the logs and I noticed that the outofcoverage utility says that the user was out of coverage but she was in the same place all day and when she hti reconcile it pulls in all her emails.

What would cause this?

radio issue on the device. you could try wiping and ea'ing it again or upgrading the handheld code if there is one available. however i find usually when this happens the device needs replace cause there is an issue with the radio hardware.

The first thing I would do is a cold reboot (i.e. battery pull). That helps in 90% of the cases.
