In my profile management i clicked all alerts off and now I cannot get the alerts back on. If I try to click it I get the message:"The "All Alerts Off" profile cannot be edited or deleted." Is it a glitch in the phone? thanks!

Are you trying to edit the profile or select a different (noisy) profile?
