Unhappy Help!! My BB keep rebooting every 10 seconds

Please Login to Remove!

Dear all,

I'm a newbie...I don't know why my BB(t-mobile 8320) is keeping rebooting every 10 seconds....maybe because of opera mini....I've tried to use "Loader.exe" to re-install the os, but it ends with error 'Unable to reconnect to the device during a multi-stage load operation'....Now what I can do is to try to downgrade to T-Mobile's OS 4.2.2.180.....however I can not find it....anyone has T-Mobile's OS 4.2.2.180? Could you please upload somewhere so that I can download it? Or, any other advice will be very very very appreciated.....

THANK YOU!!!!

Welcome to the forums.

If you have a media card in the device, remove it and see if that corrects your issue.

If possible get the blackberry to factory settings by the reset hole . Remember by doing this you will lose the entire data . Remove the external card if any and then reset the blackberry

"reset hole"? Is there a reset hole for Blackberry 8320? Regarding the resetting device, it is said:

"
Performing a HARD reset on the BlackBerry device

The first step in troubleshooting a network, software or hardware error is often to perform a hard reset. With Javaź based devices, this is accomplished by removing the battery, while the BlackBerry device is powered on. Hold the battery out for about 30 seconds, and replace. The BlackBerry device will reboot.

Note: A hard reset on a C++ based device is accomplished by pressing the Reset button.

Note: To perform a hard reset on a RIM models 850, 857, 950, or 957 device, insert the end of a paperclip inside the small hole on the back of the handheld.
