Default BlackBerry ID - get stuck during download of app

Please Login to Remove!

I've downloaded BlackBerry ID and after much hassle with it, I have managed to authenticate my account and now should be able to log in and download apps.

I select an app, in this case BlackBerry Messenger, click download, log into BlackBerry ID, accept the terms and conditions then - it brings me to my account information, it doesn't actually let me download the app or give me an option to!

Please help, I've tried, o2 have tried, and no luck!

Thanks

Katie
