My track pad for my blackberry curve 8520 looks like it is inside the face of the phone, rather than sticking out like normal. I took the track pad out and lined up everything perfectly and still the same problem happens. I was perhaps wondering if different models have different track pad sizes and maybe this phone randomly got assembled wrong. I'm not sure if I should buy another track pad just to find that the same thing happens.
Please respond with any thoughts/suggestions/explanations for this, much appreciated.

Mine started off firm, but with use, it became soft....LOL.

The build quality will vary, regardless of which model it is...their quality control personel are only human too!
