I guess the word is we should see it today... Apparently a t-mo rep says "keep checking". However, they could have run into a minor issue as well...keeping them from posting it.

Is the update there yet?

And I thought this thread is about the update... why are we talking about SanFrancisco? Maybe we should rename the thread to "OS Update & SanFranciso"?

This version was certified a couple weeks ago, just FYI. Unless something major was reported to them (which I doubt it was), then it's going to be released. It's already overdue.

C'mon boys get after it. I remember waiting for a much needed firmware update for the Dell DJ (r.i.p.) and somebody found it deep within some Dell archive (I forget what you call it, not on an official website) and we had it the night before it appeared.

Seriously, someone should just call T-mo and ask what the "scoop" is. If it's real, great...if not we can close this post?

What do ya say? Anyone up for it?

I for one... vote to close the thread..

when it does become avaiable... jibi or a mod should make a new thread with the title of the update... like in the past... that way we know it is official like...

unless of course.. there is an update today... :-p

I agree. Close it. Then the dumb a** that posted it, won't get any more satisfaction.

it is really not there yet....

I went to the downoad area of .42... if you go to download it, it should bring you to a new page that says if your download doesn't begin.. click here....

i copied that link, and altered it.... all the way up to .85 .... everyone was not found....

so if there is an update it is not on tmobile's webserver. I wish we could get directory listing access...

at least there is a firmware update for my g6lite released today....

Crap. It's just showing 4.2.0.64 under the "Do I need this update" screen. I guess that means it'll be up any minute now..
