i can tell a difference in the response on perl when I have the Phantom them installed (and not Active) and when I have it deleted.. perhaps I am seeing things

I've found that all but the default theme from T-mobile slows mine down. I have a lot of 3rd party apps though, so I don't know if that's what slows it down with the other themes. The default one on mines is fast though. I just changed the wallpaper.

Didn't answer his question one bit.....He said installed and NOT ACTIVE just on his phone....The post you referred him to was about ACTIVE use..Sorry my observation...
