Default 7100t T-Mobile 4.0 w/3.6.2 BES Exchange

Please Login to Remove!

I'm running an Exchagne 2003 server and a 3.6.2 BES server. I have several BlackBerrys from Cingular and T-Mobile. I have 2 x 7100t from T-Mo, and neither can connect to the intranet, while my 72xxs from T-mo and Cing both can. The 7100ts are running 4.0.0.198. They can receive Exchange email, no problem, and can connect to the Internet without problem either.
They just can't connect to any internal sites. I'm 99.99% sure MDS and BES are properly configured, as the rest of my devices work just fine.
Anyone know how to get my 7100ts working with MDS/BES?

When you go into the BES server manager, right click on the server name in the list and make sure MDS is enabled. You also have to right click on the users and enable MDS for each user as well. Unless you really are using a security policy, make sure your default policy for the handhelds has everything unchecked. You can always tweak it out later.

cd.

With my experience the security profile is not set correct.

The handheld has a default policy, nothing checked, and I am smart enough to enable MDS before posting this.
They only have the service books that came with them, and whatever ones BES added (I hooked them right into the BES server, just like I always do)

it is the one that gets installed on the durned thing when it connects to the network/BES.
I guess I'm going to call T-mo, who is then going to blame it on BES/God/the monkeys that live in the server room/RIM/me. Wonderful... I'll post what I find out.
I've heard that you have to pay $10 a month for the 7100s on T-mobile in order to connect to a BES, which is just plain ridiculous.
