I've been using a pocket PC for a long time and I love it. I went to work for a new company that gives employees blackberrys and participation in their telecommunication/blackberry program is mandantory. Long story short, I gotta start using this AT&T 8310 Blackberry curve they sent me.

So far I'm pretty disappointed, this thing seems pretty inferior to my sprint mogul. Granted much of my frustration is likely due to my unfamiliarity with the blackberry. I've been reading faqs and doing some research but I've got a couple of questions that I couldn't find the answer to.

I put a 4 gig sd card in the blackberry, the device only recognizes a fraction of the tunes on the card, whats the limit here?

When my travel itineraries are mailed to me I can click a link and add it to my outlook calendar, then when I look at the appointment details i can see the details of my itineraries. When I view them in the blackberry however, it only displays about a fourth of the data. My pocket PC would show everything in the appointment. Is there a limit on appointment details?
