I Googled around and found a bunch of old, closed threads about this but nothing new posted within the last year or so.

Is there an app available to let you back up your Blackberry to the microSD card without needing to use a computer?

I have a friend who bent the USB port on his Blackberry and is looking for a way to get his data off it and on to a new Blackberry that a coworker gave him. He's not on a BES so his data is just on his Blackberry.

Karen's Replicator provides a different capability than what the OP is looking for. The OP wants to backup up the BlackBerry to the microSD card, not backup the microSD card itself.

There's one in bb app world called Aerize card reader or something. It automatically saves your ota programs to your micro sd card. Sadly it doesn't work for app world downloads.
