I just my first Curve today and installed all the programs on my pc. When I try and use the Media Manager the Roxio screen pops up, then a "16-Bit Windows Subsystem" error pops up that says "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\Autoexec.NT The system file is not suitable for running MS-Dos and Windows applications." Then I have to press close. After that, I have to end the process using Task Manager. I have reinstalled the media manager twice. Any ideas?

you will find numerous threads on the forum that reference issues with use and/or install of Roxio on the forum. Suggest a search on roxio or media manager and you will see some of those.

If you want to try again, I would uninstall, search for any roxio files and delete those, and possibly do a regedit, searching for roxio entries and delete those. I would only do that if you are familiar with regedit.

My best recommendation is to not install it at all and to use windows explorer to load you music/media on the device or to copy files off. it is way more efficient and a lot less hassle.
