Be happy to try and help. I use Lotus Notes and after I upgraded from 6.5 to 7.0, I too had a grayed out OK button. I did 2 things. I copied a hacked .dll to my RIM connectors directory and corrected a registry entry. After that I good to go. Did you just upgrade to Notes 7 from a previous version, and were you good before the upgrade? Also, you need to be using V4.1 of the Blackberry Desktop Manager.
My registry correction was made to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Lotus\Notes and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Lotus\Notes\7.0 branches. It should be obvious to you (if your situation was like mine) that the DataPath & Data strings pointed to the wrong directories. In fact mine pointed to a fictious directory C:\7 ... I was pretty surprised.
And if you feel your situation matches mine, I've attached the hacked .dll. What I did was go to C:\Program files\Research In Motion\Blackberry\Connectors\Lotus Notes5.0 and renamed the LNoptions.dll to LNOptions.xxx. I then copied the hacked .dll to the same directory. Rebooted and was good to go.
Now I'll tell you, some have had the same greyed out OK and it was the result of other problems. I'd suggest you not only consider my fix, but search the RIM Knowledge Database as well.
