I tried to download a dictionnary application but the desktop manager wasnt compatible with my 7100t then i had an error message 400 reset and the phone kept reseting. I downloaded the right desktop manager and the upgrade software and i tried it and now i dont have that error anymore i have an other thing its like a rectangle with a little circle in it and a square and a triangle in it and it's crossed (like a no smoking sign) and its written 543 under it. nedd help

The steps you need to take are:
Hard reset your blackberry, then test it..If that doesnt work you need to download and install the latest version of blackberry handheld software to the device. If it still appears then your phone is probably a paper weight at this point.
