I can not receive calls..I tried troubleshooting my device and it says that I have to off the call barring and call forwarding the problem is, it is requiring me a password which I do not know..

If you don't know the password to your device, you're stuck. You should know your password, and there is password 'reset' or workaround. Just enter the wrong password ten times and the device will wipe itself clear of any personal information you have on it.
