I did this on my BB (8310/4.5.0.93) and it revealed all three fine. Another user (8703e/4.1.0.377), also did fine. However, some users with the same 8703e/4.1.0.377 did not. When they type mypin, mynumber and myver, they see what they type. In other words, the autotext did not reveal.

This is a BES environment. Any dieas? Thanks!

Check their Options > Autotext. See if they have deleted them.

If they are gone, they can always manually place back.

sry to bumb a older thread, but my brother is having this problem with his curve, and the auto text is listed as being there, I did a batt pull, and soft reset, but it's still not working... any other suggestions?

I've noticed that you have to hit <SPACE> after typing <mypin> <myver> or <mynumber> in order for it to show the autotext info.

I'm almost positive, thats what I did to test it out, but it didnt work, I'll check with him again when he gets in
