Hello all,

I have been asked to get Citrix to work on our BB's at work. it will only be on 9700, bes 4.1.5.24. I got the app to install but when I try to open citrix i get an insufficient permissions popup.
when i check the applications permissions i can not set internet to allow, it only lets me set prompt. I believe this is the issue. I have checked the IT policy and everything appears to be right.

any one have any idea what i am missing?

Could it be a permission issue on the Citrix server? Maybe (and I don't know, I have never delt with Citrix on a BB, only on workstations) the BESadmin account is trying to authenticate, and depending on how your groups and local permissions are set up, the admin account doesn't have rights to run the programs. Just a thought.

You need to create a new or modify your existing Application Control Policy on BES, for the Citrix Receiver app.
