Is there anywhere I can purchase an unlock code and get it charged to
a house phone or cell phone number.I have no type of banking , or pay pal.
I dropped my Wind blackberry In water, So i have to use my old rogers phone.
I was with rogers for over 3 years and they said if i got an unlock code it would be 50 dollars. Please help :s
