I have tried all of the steps in this KB, the user started experiencing this after a recertification from one OU to another. I have recreated the Notes ID, removed the user from the BES as the KB suggests and there are no special characters in her name. I am at a loss!!! Anyone ever run across this and found a solution?? RIM basically threw their hands up.
On the client I'm running, Windows XP, BB Desktop 4.2 and the BES is 4.1.2 on Domino 7.0.2.fp2
