Most of our BES users are using Filters to limit the amount of email received on their BB's. One of these users has a filter to only forward email when it is specifically sent from certain addresses, and that was working fine. Recently he upgraded his BB to the Curve, from 7100, and now the filter is no longer working. I've tried deleting and recreating the filter, disabled and re-enabled it, but no luck. Any ideas?

Running Exch 2003, BES 4.1 SP 4.

There's a difference in filters on the device level and the global level. Be sure the device filters are set correctly vs the global ones.

Thanks, but we aren't using any global filters. By default all messages are forwarded to the BB's. Users set their own filters. Any other ideas?

There's another setting in the filters:
"If no filters apply, sent to device" this should be set to "no"

That's set correctly, but messages are still not being filtered.
