So my phone has been running like crap for the past 6+ months but I've been dealing with it. I've tried just about everything under the sun, removed programs, changed settings, deleted this, tweaked that, etc.

Can having too many images on your media card be the cause of slowing down a phone? I popped it out today to give that a try and the phone now runs much better!

Why is it that having lots of images on a media card would slow the phone down, even when I don't have the photo viewer program open or running?

Maybe it is because my background image is being pulled from the media card?

Anyone every experience this?
