Hi all,

I have been trying unsucessfully to get our html emails to work on our blackberrys.

I have upgraded the BES server to 4.16 MR3 and the blackberry 8110's to 4.5.
HTML is enabled on the blackberrys and the BES but it won't work.

I have also tried resending service books.

The only thing I can think of now is that perhaps our version of Groupwise is to old, It is 6.5.4.

Should HTML email work on this version or is version 7 required?

Welcome to the forums.

That is a pretty old version of GW. I am running 4.1.6 MR3 and GW 7.0.3 without issue. If you send an email from GW using colored text, how does it show on the device?

thanks for the reply, A html formated email just apears as plain text.

Is it still possible to upgrade to version 7 and if so do you have any idea of the cost?
