Please Login to Remove!

I downloaded a song today (Purchased) and when i did it went under my playlist amber Blackberry and I cant seem to figure out how to transfer it under all songs so I can use it as a ringtone. Does anyone know how I can do this or how I can use it as a ringtone from my playlist. and why when I buy a ringtone is it not going under ringtones instead of in my music player?

Try this: Open the Media Player, use menu key and click Explore. Look in all the folders in your device memory and see if you can find it. Also, if you have a media card, look in all the folders there also. Once you find it, you can move it to the ringtones folder. Best to put ringtones and songs on your media card so you don't fill up device memory.

To move it, highlight it, use the menu key and click Move, then you can navigate to the location of your choice and move it there.

Also, for future reference, you can get free ringtones from a number of different sites. And you can make your own ringtones from songs (mp3's) on your PC. I've never paid for ringtones on my BlackBerry.

You're welcome. The pre-loaded ringtones can't be moved I think... there is no option to move them in the menu.
