When you reply does the sender's e-mail address appear in the To field? Also, can you send a new e-mail out without issue?

But nothing work. Do really think i need to call my providers???
Because i can send or receive mail. I can do the foward option....its only the reply option. Do you think that can be the OS?

Is it ONLY one certain email to which you cannot reply, or all/any email you cannot reply? Did you also try deleting the BIS account, and re-entering them?

I cannot reply at all the email no exception. I m in BES. I swap Simm Card to a new BB an recreate the account. Everything look to be setup fine i have a another 8700 here and its working fine.

Ah, thank you for letting me know you are on BES. You need to call your IT people, they can resend the service book or have you re-activated on the BES.

I don't understand why you didn't say BES earlier when I suggested the link to all the BIS solutions. I guess I should have asked.
