Please excuse my ignorance as I've never used a holster like this. I would be concerned that the clip might scratch the top of my 8700. Is the clip also padded or is this not an issue?

edit: Also, I assume the 8700's all have the same outer dimensions? You think this would fit the T-Mobile 8700 when it (finally) arrives?

Seidio has released the same design holster for Blackberry 7100i and 7130e. This one is customed made for blackberry 8700C.

There is a rubber part at the under side of the top clip. This will prevent 8700 being scratched.

This holster is designed for 8700C. By looking at the picture of 8700g, it should also fit. we will test it once we receive the 8700g. If not, we will adjust our tooling to make it fit.

This holster is for naked 8700. Seidio will release a skin case for 8700 and a holster for skinned 8700 later.

As we get ever closer to the launch date of the 8700g, I am becoming more and more curious about how holsters/cases designed for the 8700c will work with the 8700g. I know that the c/g case differences are minor but minor as they are, they are still differences. Curious what folks are thinking about that.
