Default "Phone not found" error on blue tooth

Please Login to Remove!

I recently purchased a Ford with the Sync system. I was able to pair the phone, and make a few calls. Today I tried to make a call and received the error message: App.net_rim_bb_phone App 67 is not responding process terminated. When I tried to make a call it now tells me "phone not found" Or, it tries to connect then says call terminated. My phone has all the bluetooth options checked, I have the bluetooth symbol on the home page, and I get the blue LED. Manage connections also appears to be correct. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
