It appears the main site may be undergoing some major changes and a facelift tonight... Can't wait to see!

Oh well, I like it, at least it is a new fresh look instead of the old boring and too common forum look that you keep seeing whichever forums you go.

Agreed. I think it's a nice change compared to every other forum that look alike.

Maybe that's why it's hard on my eyes but everyone else likes it! I'm slightly Red/Green color blind. Kept me out of military flying and had to get a special waiver for General Aviation flying.

What improvements (other than cosmetic) are involved with the new site? Anything along the lines of setting our preferences to have our subscription thread messages using WAP links instead (see this thread)?

Several security, speed, and structural improvements. Some additional features as well. That feature is not yet available as the wap site uses a completely different link system.

Thumbs down Not feelin' it...

To me, it looks kinda bleh... especially now that we no longer have the familiar in the upper left corner.

So, I'm giving this redesign a thumbs down!

I disagree, I think it looks good. Blue on white interior with sky blue trim.
What a nice combination!

I especially love the top right BlackBerry wording/coloring ...but I have no idea what the tic-tac-toe/spider web to the left is for though.

I love the new streamline look. However, one thing that I would change is the color contrast. The blue trim is fairly light and can make viewing pages somewhat difficult and taxing.

Nice 3.6.5 upgrade. I need to upgrade my forums.

Very nice work...and alot of it. I was on about 11:30p MST and just poped on 6:54A MST. Nice work in a short period of time.
