Microphone on my 4glte is once again not functioning this is a second replacement in less than six months! Why is this a continuous problem???

1. Do not open more than one thread.
2. What device do you have? There is no "4glte".
3. What is the actual problem? The ringer has nothing to do with the microphone.
4. Have you pulled the battery?
5. Did you drop the device or get it wet?
