I work for a new start up and since I had a BB the VP thought it would be great for everyone to have a BB and use it to access the CRM database, we are not on a BES so we are accessing this thru the browser.

I use TMO but a few fellow associates look to me to troubleshoot on their verizon phones.

I have a few questions about setting up initial verizon email for the 8703e:

1. Is there an icon that will allow me to create a vzn.blackberry.net from the home page?

2. From searching it seems that you can only use redirector to receive email to a verizon bb. Is this true and how would I set this up? Or is there a BIS for verizon phones?


any help that you can give me would be fantastic, again we do not use BES for the system.

You should be able to configure all that under the "Email settings" icon. You can also set up BIS using a desktop...I don't have 10 posts yet so I can't post links, but just google vzw.blackberry.net and you should find what you're looking for.
