how i move files like pictures from phone memory to mmc card

One by one, go to the file in device memory and click to "move" and navigate to the final location > Menu > Select here.

You could also connect your device to your computer and view your SD Card and Device memory like two flash drives and just drag the files over as you would any group of files.

Yeah, thats the easiest method except don't forget to enable mass storage mode.
