Most people know this, but for those who don't, there are some really, really, cool features involving the blackberry menu key on 4.7 devices.

#1 Press it for about 1 second and it brings up the app switcher.

But my favorite:

#2 It acts as a menu select key.

Press it once to get the BB's best context guess menu item at what you want to do next, but don't go to the track ball or enter key to select that menu item... just press the BB menu button again to select, and voila! It's very quick, convenient and efficient (very BB esque!)

For example, after typing an e-mail, press the BB menu item twice quickly, and it's sent!

Second tip is great! First one doesn't apply much to me because I spend 99% of my time in the in-box and phone (use the green button for that).

Im always switching app's, now its 1 finger...Found that the # utton toggles between normal and vibrate while playing with your tip...I have had BB for 6 years...guess you learn everyday...
