I just noticed that the A and Q can no longer be used for speed dials, now they're Lock and Vibe. Also, the R is no longer the short cut for alarm, which kinda sux. Takes a bit longer now to adjust the alarm, unless there's another way i haven't found yet.

i know this is a little late on the reply but YES the R shortcut is now gone as far as I know. and the sad part, it is not even reassigned to another function. just gone, caput!

also, V usually makes sense for Voicemail rather than W - currently and locked in plaze on my Sprint phone.

W is "1" which is used by every other cell phone I've used.

And I am unhappy with the hardcoded A & Q speed dials also.

Not a big deal to me, on the A & Q, they weren't assigned to anyone important anyway!
