You know I bet someone has answered this but I've got to ask anyway. Can I change a policy or something that will make the program stop promting to allow it access to the phone logs? I know that may not be someting in your proggie but I can change it anywhere if I can get that to go away.
Thanks!

All excellent news. I'm on a 7230 and can't wait to make this program part of my everyday BB use.
Again, Very Nice Job!

loonews,
If your a BES user, I'm sure there's a policy you can change. I've asked RIM and they are being very secretive about this. They've only told me that this is the way it is...not very helpful. I'll keep pressing them for more info.

Tirsch,
Does your application happen to work with Groupwise/Notifylink? I have installed the application on my Nextel BB 7520 and like it so far. Though the most important part that I would like to use (email) doesn't work. Maybe that is only because I don't know how to configure it since we don't have BES. Thanks.

xoxosmileyface,
There's nothing to configure. You're using the Blackberry Web Client for email on a Nextel 7520. That's exactly what I have and many others. Works fine.
You should note that SMS and PIN messages do NOT work because RIM doesn't allow developer access to these currently.

Thanks for the quick response Tirsch. Actually I use Notifylink version 3.2.1.01 handheld software that connects to our Notifylink server that works with our Corp. GroupWise email. Which uses its own seperate icon. www.notifylink.com When I click on Unread email it just automatically goes to the same location as the Messages icon on the main screen. I don't actually use that for email. Maybe I am a little confused about what you meant. By the way I really like the Weather portion. Thanks tirsch[/url]

Wow, you are quick on the draw! Before I edited my post you already had a reply! To bad it doesn't work with Notifylink, because we are stuck with Groupwise for a long time. Thanks Tirsch

That kills the usefulness of the application to me. I use SMS pretty heavily and not having them show up as unread mail is a problem. Oh, well.

Tirsch, love the program so far in the trial, two small things for me... 1. I agree with the fonts, be nice to match the BB default. 2. Even though my system is on 24hr time the program only allows 12hr time, not a big deal, but would be nice to be the same as the rest of the device. Great job though and thanks.

New version is wonderful. Best money I have spent on BB apps with out a doubt. Do have one problem however, startup is VERY slow with the new 1.5 version. Once I select the icon it is almost 15-20 seconds before the screen shows up. Had almost no delay with 1.23. This just me or a general problem? Using a 7290.

Download version 1.54 from www.crossriversystems.com. I was inadvertantly counting email in the Filed folder. You probably have a huge number of emails in there. 1.54 doesn't count email in the Filed folder.

Got 1.54 and still have the same problem. About 20 seconds to screen up. I do have a lot of email in my in box. 500 unread and a total of over 1,000. Guess that may be the problem but I had this many before and did not see the slowdown.

In prior versions PocketDay was missing unread emails because people had them in other folders and I wasn't counting them. I was just reading the Inbox. Now I read them all, so check your other folders for stuff you don't need (Filed, etc.)
