I just got my friends BB 7290. When I connect him to my
PowerBook G4 the BB doesn't "mount" on the desktop...
What do I have to do to have it connected so I can use missing Sync or an other program ?
So, how do I get it to mount ?

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry8800/4.2.1 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/100)

Go to the MAC users section there is a sticky at the top of that forum with a program you can use to sync!

It won't mount. The 7290 doesn't have any media capabilities.

Missing Sync should work fine. Just install it and then connect the BlackBerry via it's USB cable. Missing Sync should recognize that the BlackBerry is attached.

It won't mount, there's no media capability on the 7290. Media capability is only available on newer BB devices 8100, 8800, 8300 etc. I use Missing Sync for BlackBerry. See my sig for additional options.
