BlackBerries don't even produce noticeable heat at all. It'd just make the BlackBerry heat up more like a WiFi-enabled PocketPC.
Actually, there's many overclocking utilities for PocketPC out, I used to overclock my old iPaq 3650 (206 Mhz) all the way to 236 Mhz. And my older iPaq 2215 from 412 Mhz to something like 500 Mhz or thereabouts. Utilities such as XCPUScalar for PocketPC, etc.
