Default auto accept calendar on bb

hey all,

searching everywhere on the net for a solution to this but no luck so far.

running ms exch 2007
BES 5.0.2

have a few diff models of bberrys.

calendar invitations are automatically put into the bberry calendar as tentative but they never get an email on the bberry to accept/decline.

i have checked out the service account had send as and is not an admin but no luck with anything else.

any help or ideas appreciated.

hey,

if you mean does the service account have a delegate.

yes, the besadmin has exchange view-only admin rights.

Not besadmin, do the users have someone (secretary?) with access to their calendar in exchange with full rights to accept appointments etc...?

no.they do not have any delegates setup on their mailboxes for anything.

have you tried upgrading the device software, removing the user from the BES and then readding and activating?
