I've registered at BB app world. But whenever I try to log on I can't. I just get sent to an 'account information' page. And I tried everythng to log on cause I'm unable to download anything from BB app world. Please help me.

How did you register?

Do you have a BB data plan?

App World is not available in certain countries, yet. It appears South Africa is on the available list.

Have you tried a battery pull? Wit the device on, remove the battery for 30 seconds or so, then put it back in and let the device reboot. Does that have any affect?

I do have a data plan and I have done the battery pull but it still won't log me in. But the funny thing is, before I had the data plan, I could download from BB app world. After getting the data plan, I could nolonger download cause I can't sign in.

What type of data plan do you now have? are you able to go anywhere using the browser on cell serivce? Not WiFI

I have the Blackberry Service and I pay for it every month. Yes I can go anywhere using the browser.

Try to register from your PC

Create a BlackBerry ID
Click Register.
Type a user name and login information.
Click Save.
Click OK.
Complete the instructions on the screen to set up the BlackBerry App Worldxxx8482; storefront on a computer.
