I have a VZW 7130e. Formerly on BES, now BIS.

I'm trying to load software via Desktop Manager's Application Loader. I keep getting the following message when I run Application Loader:

"No system software was found on your device. Contact your system administrator or your service provider for information on obtaining device system software."

Anybody familiar?

Just go to verizon and download the "HANDHELD SOFTWARE"

THe message means that it could not find the OS software on your devise. Follow Howie instructions and you should be fine
