E-mail account delete

Hi everibody.
Some days ago i bought a storm2 9500 and I connected it to my PC. I don't know how the system put somewhere my job e-mail address and cleaned the possibility to choose which kind of e-mail set on the device. I would like to remove the wrong e-mail address and have the possibility to choose if installing the correct one on g-mail.
So, the question is: does someone know how to reactivate the e-mail choice deleting the exchange Server one?
