Default 7100t won't ring or alert

Please Login to Remove!

it just started today after a full reboot (taking battery out)... now i can't tell if i'm getting a call cuz it won't give me a ring... it doesn't matter what ring tone i use either... whether it was something i made or the original rings tones... when i get emails or text messages... the only alert i get now is the blinking red light... this is so frustrating... now i have to constantly check my phone for any kind of calls... it won't vibrate either...

any ideas? i've done another full reboot... and still nothing... i can make a phone call and i hear everything... even using speakerphone it works fine...

if i go into "show tunes" and listen from there... i hear the ring tones... but not in the menu where i select the ring tone... please help

Did you select the right PROFILE? Or edit whatever profile you are in now.

well i tried a bunch of things... even tried to restore an old back up... but what ended up working was uninstalling/deleting pocketday... i have no idea what that is about... i kept getting errors that i've never gotten before... first i thought it was a memory issue so i got rid of some emails and some ring tones and it worked for a while but then started again... now with pocketday gone it works fine... weird

I have the same problem. I have not installed "pocket day" The programs I have installed are Add-on Themes, Ascendo Fitness, Berry 411, BB Wallpapers, CryptMagic,Holiday Reminder, MyFlashlight , My Tip.

The phone does seem to ring when it is plugged into the charger though. Any Ideas?

Can you delete all the extra, maybe you have the same problem like bluejae.

Worse come to worse, do a complete wipe with javaloader, and load the operating again.
