Default How do I transfer all my contacts from Phone to Outlook

Please Login to Remove!

Someone PLEASE tell me how to transfer my BB's contact info back over to Outlook 2002. I had all the contacts in Outlook, but then something happened to Outlook and I had to reinstall, and now all my info is on the phone only. I have tried to get the info from the backup files but it did not work.

With the phone plugged in you will want to select the Intellisync icon.
Under Intellisync you will want to select Configure PIM.
After selecting Configure PIM you will be taken to the Handheld application screen. In this screen you are going to put a check mark next to the first application you wish to sync.
When you place the check mark in the box a new window appears titled Choose Translator. In this screen you will want to choose the program which you are going to sync with. (Such as Outlook).
If you are wanting to sync both ways you will choose under operation Synchronize. If you just want to take information from the program to the BB you will choose Import. If you only want to take information from the BB to the Program you will choose Export.
Once finished you will want to click ok.
You should now be taken back to the Handheld Application screen. At this screen you can choose another application or click OK if finished.
If you clicked OK and are finished you will now click on Synchronize Now at the Top of the Page.
After the Sync is finished; on the BB itself you will go to the application you synced to and check to make sure all information transferred over correctly.

if you are selling it, you may want to wipe the handheld (to factory)

options > security > gen settings > pass disabled > wipe handheld

Depending on the model they have they can wipe it that way...
the other way it setting a password up, and powering it off, then boot up and mess the password up 10 times, and when it ask you to spell blackberry do so, after 10 times, it wipes it...

I work support too
