i just got my desktop manager installed on my computer. i moved a video over to the bb and it shows up in media manger in the videos section but its not on the bb. is there something else i'm supposed to do to get it on my bb? i pulled the battery out and put it back but still nothing. can someone help me?

What format is the video and what folder did you put it in?

Also, do you have a microSD media card?

This happened to me too. I'm not sure exactly what happened but I got it to work. I opened Roxio yesterday and voila I had a folder which said Video and Music that magically appeared. I was pleasantly surprised. Again I'm not sure what happened but I did change my theme to the iPhone theme, and was using the zen theme that came standard with the BB. And no I don't have a media card... yet. Should arrive this week.
