Default Keep message keeping messages too long

Please Login to Remove!

I have my setting at 15 days.

However, my inbox has over 6 months. All folders have old emails as well. My sent items for both email and SMS are full for the last 6 months.

How do I:

1. Delete the old messages without having to go into each individual folder? I have lots and lots of folders due to my Notes having lots of folders to keep my emails organized.

2. How do I get the BB to regard my keep for only 15 day setting?

I went and deleted some old emails as I was running out of memory. I went from 30mb to 63 mb!!!!
