The only thing I heard from our sprint rep was that it was coming, he didn't provide a release date, nor much information. Unfortunatly we just stoped carrying Sprint today, but I should still keep in touch with our rep for information purposes if nothing else.

Expect the BB from Sprint in early November and for it to be the 7750 (same as Verizon's offering)

Early Nov. or before would be in Sprint's best interest this way they have the BB 7750 on the shelves for the x-mas rush.

I think the xmas rush will be for the Treo 650... i cant imagine anyone rushing out for a 7750 (not that its a bad device) but it doesn;'t have any wow factor compared to 7100 or TREO for the consumer.... corporate doesn't buy anything in DEC do they?

Well considering the Treo 650 has been pushed to December means it really won't be availabile in quantity for the Christmas rush.

Default Palm vs Blackberry

Does anyone know where I can find information on the Palm 650? And how credible are these speculated release dates for the Sprint blackberry and the new Palm Treo? That JesseRPI kid doesn't know what he's talking about.

gmsmith seems to be the sprint insider here. as for the Treo 650, try www.treonauts.com for the latest info and pictures. also, to note, the latest 'official' release article reported the 650 will be here in time for the holidays, and could be as soon as next monday.

jibi...next Monday, not going to happen...at least not for SprintPCS.

I would say early mid-December for the Treo 650 based on the info I have directly from the source

I spoke to someone from the Sprint store today, and she said that the Blackberry isn't expected until late January. Is someone getting the wrong information?

I call bull s***

People on this board on HoFo are much more informed then the Sprint drones in stores. I am surprised she even knew what a blackberry is ;)

Hehe...I guess you're right. I hope it comes out soon. Actually, I just posted a question. I'm with Verizon right now, and it would be a hell of a lot easier for me to just add it onto my plan, but it doesn't seem like Verizon's Blackberry 7750 comes with a web browser. And, they charge $45 dollars to add the "Blackberry Solution" package onto a plan. Is it just for E-mail then?
