I have a blackberry bold 9000, and it will not allow me to create playlists. I go through the steps (hitting Playlists > New Playlist > Standard Playlist > type in playlist name > Menu > Add songs > menu > save) but nothing shows up.
I also cannot save pictures for some reason. I take a photo and the error code 'User Key Null' shows up and will not allow me to save.

I tried restarting my device, and also taking out the barrery and putitng it back in. I have deleted images, so there is plenty of memory on the device.

Why is it still acting up?? Has this happened before?!

I don't know. Just guessing at things to try. First, are your images, audio, and videos you've added or created all on the media card? If not, move everything to the media card.

Then, enable media card support and mass storage mode if you haven't already. Connect the blackberry to a computer and browse all media folders with windows explorer and delete all .dat files you find. Diconnect the blackberry and do a battery pull. Now try creating playlists again as well as the other things you were trying to do.

I don't know if that will fix your problem. But as a guess it is what I would try.
