...anybody else having issues with it? It seems buggy, freezing when downloading messages. Possibly having to fight for bandwidth downloading the newly embedded ads? Before this update, it worked flawlessly on my Tour.

Is there any way to roll this app back to a previous version? Or, does Youmail tightly control all previous versions??

If you appear to be having an issue with YouMail, please contact our customer support: blackberry AT youmail.com or you can send to marketing AT youmail.com. We can have you turn on some logging on the handset that will help us track down if its the new version of the app, our backend, some combination of settings, or more general network issues.

We'd really appreciate your help here because in our testing and on our personal blackberries we're seeing no issues at all - in fact, it's working significantly faster overall. Yet we have seen 2-3 tweets or forum postings over the past week indicating an issue for a few of our customers, and we'd really like to quickly get to the bottom of it.

We're already hard at work on the next version, and would like to make sure any needed fixes are in there.
