Received this as a BRAND NEW replacement for 8800 and only used it for one day before buying ATT Tilt (returned it later for 8310). The only thing that was opened is the phone and battery. All other items in the box remain sealed. The RIM leather case is in great condition. It and the spare battery were used with the previous 8800.

You're fortunate to be able to buy one at that price. Others may have to pay full list price of $499 and not get the case and spare battery. My price would be a better deal for them.

no it wouldnt, because the case comes with the 8800 series, only thing your offering is a used battery as spare. From my experience on selling things on the net. Once you open and use it , its used.

You're wrong, I'm including the real leather RIM case and the imitation included with the phone. It is a used phone as I stated, used 1 day.

Wow this got off track! Retail for 8820 is 519 in my market. Provided its in new condition 400 is a good price!
